Dr. Milan Chakrabarty is well known in Southwest Riverside County for his role as founder of the Department of Gastroenterology at Hemet Valley Medical Center; being named the first Hospice Medical Director in Sun City, California; appointed Board Member, YMCA, Hemet, California; and, being the first GI doctor in the Inland Empire.

Milan S. Chakrabarty, M.D.
Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Dr. Milan Chakrabarty faced extremely difficult challenges when seeking his life long passion to be a medical physician. He received his M.B.B.S. (MD Equivalent) from Grand Medical College; Mumbai University, Mumbai, India. He then transferred to J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai University, Mumbai to achieve his Medicine Internship. He held Residency at St. George Hospital, Mumbai; Subspecialty Medical Resident Rotations at G.T. Hospital, Mumbia; and an Internal Medicine Residency and Chief Resident, Internal Medicine at Mount Pleasant Hospital, Cardiff University; Swansea, Wales, U.K.
Tahir Qaseem, M.D.
Dr. Qaseem is a gastroenterologist as well as an advanced endoscopist that has been practicing medicine for 30 years. He trained in Boston through the Harvard Medical School System. He decided to practice medicine because he always wanted to help people. His mom said that is what he always loved to do ever since he was very young. He loves working at a smaller practice where he could control how he could help patients.
Sandra Del Valle, PA-C
Sandra Del Valle received her BA in Psychology from Cal State University San
Bernardino, San Bernardino, California; and, her Physician Assistant Certification from the Stanford University School of Medicine, Physician Assistant Program, Palo Alto, California. In her final year of studies at Stanford University School of Medicine, Sandra’s commitment and dedication drove her to volunteer to teach new medical students the task of taking vitals and adequately perform physicals. She developed seminars for prospective students and has continued to offer her time to developing a Physician Assistant program at the University of California, San Diego, California.
